Shipping Time for Pre-Order Items:

• Once your pre-order has been processed, the shipping time is estimated to be 15-24 business days.
• Shipping times may vary based on product availability, location, and shipping method chosen. You will receive tracking information as soon as your pre-order item has been shipped.

General Shipping Information:

• Orders placed with both in-stock and pre-order items will be shipped together once all items are ready. If you wish to receive in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders.
• Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or external factors once the item has been shipped.
